   yaroombas the go just south of coolum, kitesurfing is starting to boom here and mooloolaba is not a little beach town at all. yaroomba is a long beach too so not many rocks, but arr rental houses are few and far between and to buy a place well you need between $500,000-$1,000,000

   You have drifted across the Tasman and much too far south.

   You are obviously referring to the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia but somehow have ended up in the category of Queenstown, New Zealand.

   Mooloolaba is Nice - but I perfer Caloundra or Noosa.
